Secure Online Order Form: To order online just click on the CHECKOUT icon or CLICK HERE to start shopping our online store. Once the Order form page appears, please complete and send it to us by pressing the CHECKOUT icon on the bottom of the form.

To order by mail: Print out the Mail Order Form and complete the form providing your credit card information (if applicable) and mail it to us. Don’t forget to include your check, money order or gift, certificate if paying by this method.

Fax Order Form: To order by fax, print out the mail order form and complete the form including credit card information and fax to 1-501 609-9607.

Telephone orders: To order by telephone, call 1-866-609-9257. All orders are reviewed for accuracy before processing. If there are any questions, we will contact you by email or telephone.

AVAILABILITY: Sometimes orders may be out of stock or on backorder. If this occurs you will be notified.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: We will mail gift certificates free of charge and include cards with your personal message. Gift Certificates are available in $10 increments. You can place an order the same way as placing orders for other items. Gift Certificates will be issued through the web site. During checkout you will be asked for gift information to include on the gift certificate.

PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Payment Methods: We offer you several ways to pay for your products: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All orders must provide complete information with street address and phone numbers. We require address verification for all credit card orders.

We also accept checks and money orders. Orders will be scheduled by shipment as soon as the check or money order has been received by us and satisfactorily processed through our bank. Returned checks and money orders are subject to a $25 fee. Please do not send any cash.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING: Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift or item. Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order. You will be charged for redelivery if an incorrect address is given. Give complete street address – no post office box address will be processed.

Shipping charges range from $7.50 to $25 for ground service. Over-sized boxes incur extra charges. We will be happy to provide you with rush shipping quotes upon request.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order. All items and prices are subject to availability. We ship to Continental United States Only.

Orders are shipped with 24-48 hours – Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Our standard shipping is through UPS Ground Standard delivery time - 7-10 business days.

If an item is not available at time of purchase, you will be notified of availability, quantities, out of stock, etc.

Certain items can be drop shipped to you directly from other locations and suppliers. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.

RETURNED OR REPLACED ITEM: If you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately at 866-609-9257 (within 10 days) for return of the product to our store and for a full refund of the product less shipping and handling. Returned items are to be sent back in the original shipping package.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If your order is damaged upon delivery, please report this information to our store immediately and provide your name, address and phone. We will reship the items(s) or refund your money. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer and are non-refundable. All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive products damaged by shipping, please contact us within five days for receipt of our shipment and processing of the claim. Established procedures by UPS must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

ORDER CANCELLATION FEE: If you have paid by credit card on line and call us immediately, before the order has been processed, there will be no cancellation charge. If an order has already been processed and shipped there is no way to cancel the order. Do not open the package, and just ask the UPS deliverer to return it.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: You will be sent an “order confirmation” and “order shipped confirmation” by email. This will include detailed information about your order, items ordered, address to be shipped, an estimate of the ship date and itemized amounts to be charged for your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive and Order Shipped confirmation.

If you want your order shipped to someone else or to you at an address different than the one you provided in BILL TO ADDRESS, then make sure to provide information in the DELIVER TO ADDRESS.
